“Mixja flimkien…. ta’ familja, qrubija u tama”: dan kien is-suġġett għall-Mariapoli 2025, li saret fil-Qawra Palace Hotel, fl-ewwel weekend ta’ Marzu, fis-sena meta l-Knisja universali qed tiċċelebra il-Ġublew tat-tama, u meta l-Moviment tal-Fokolari qed jidħol aktar fil-fond dwar il-qrubija ma’ Alla u mal-proxxmu.

There is great excitement and a sense of expectation for this year’s annual gathering of the Focolare Movement being held in Mellieħa Bay during 17-19 March! It’s the first in-person Mariapolis in the wake of the pandemic.

The European Mariapolis 2022 was held from 24 to 28 July. The event, entitled A Path to Peace, was held at the Mariapolis Luminosa Centre (Las Rozas de Madrid) and brought together almost 200 participants, with a high percentage of young people and representatives from different European countries: Great Britain, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Malta, Portugal, Italy and, of course, Spain.

We find ourselves connected in new ways – discovering close neighbours and distant friends, finding new points of dialogue and facing global challenges. How do we build a more united world together?

Għall-ewwel darba wara 70 sena, il-Moviment tal-Fokolari qed jorganizza Mariapoli għall-Ewropa kollha. “Aim high!” hu l-motto u t-titlu ta’ din il-Mariapoli li ser issir mill-14 ta’ Lulju sal-11 ta’ Awwissu 2019.
