The Word of God is like a seed which bears fruit when received with an open heart and perseverance and when with it, we manage to overcome difficulties. Jesus invites us not only to listen to it and understand it, but above all to live it concretely every day.
Charity is a most important virtue; it is everything. It is good, therefore, that we make an immediate effort to put it into practice. To do that we need to know what makes it special.

Young people of the world, unite”: this is the invitation that Chiara Lubich extended to the younger generations 60 years ago, so that each one could answer God’s call to live for unity in a practical way.
The presentation of the book “Paradise ‘49”, Works of Chiara Lubich, Founder of the Focolare Movement, took place on 22 May 2026 at the Paul VI Hall at the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome. Fr Fabio Ciardi’s words introduce us to the experience and understanding of these mystical writings.
“The seed falling on good soil refers to the person who hears the Word and understands it: this person bears fruit and yields plentifully” (Mt. 13:23).
“As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ […] Freely you have received, freely give.” (Mt 10:7-8).
